Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Donations

• All donations made to lilavanti education and medical charitable trust are considered final and non-refundable.
• Donations are used immediately for charitable purposes; hence, cancellation or refund is generally not possible once a donation has been processed.

2. Exceptions

• If a donor has made a duplicate donation by mistake.
• If a donor’s card/account has been charged more than once due to technical errors.
• If there is a valid legal or regulatory requirement to process a refund.

3. Process For Requesting Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the transaction date.
• The donor should provide all the required information to our email address given below.

4. Mode Of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed through cash only.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days.
